Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness shows at the age of sixteen after having ended her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Within a year, she was awarded her Professional Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She began participating in fitness contests when she was 16, following the end of her gymnastics program in childhood. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old, she won her pro card. So becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to take the time off from performing after she received her Pro card in order to finish her college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show for a few years, setting bigger targets each year. In 2009 she won four additional fitness titles. In addition, the year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB ever. Ariel took her first six years in competition to get her degree from the college she attended. In October of 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. The summer of 2016, she won the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months she was on the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectation prior to that and was satisfied with the results. Ariel had to compete against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with improvements to her physique each year. Ariel loves working out the lower part of her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs with a single arm using a pull-up machine, and sitting rows. The warm-up is done prior to moving onto sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
